Taffeta
Taffeta is a crisp, plain weave fabric with a fine cross rib. Taffetas usually have a light to medium luster finish. Taffetas are often iridescent, an effect that is typically created by using black warp yarn with the primary color in the fill yarn. Taffetas are also noted for the rustle they produce when worn.
